It's cliche to comment on songs taking your breath away, but tracks like "You" from British singer-songwriter Zuzu simply necessitate that kind of articulation. The track was released all the way back in last year, and ever since coming across it, we've been waiting impatiently for more material from her. Fortunately, we don't have to wait anymore. Zuzu has decided to make her return today, and, spectacularly, she's taking our breath away again with the absolutely stunning "Clever Gains". It's really not often at all that an artist can build hype off such a slow-moving track as this one, but that's just how good it is. It's flawlessly done, emotional pop that ranks among the best we've heard this year, and we can't wait to have it on tap whenever moments require it to be played.
