UK four-piece Zola Blood has had us comparing their style to SOHN's in the past, and, again today with "Pieces Of The Day", their new single, they put together a hazy, thick kaleidoscopic sound that we've grown so fond of. With smoky vocals and brooding bass-synths, the immersive character of the piece is dictated, and the production—deeply layered as whole—gives almost a dreamlike state aside hallucinatory vocal cuts. The rather unearthly setting brought about as a result is one we love, and we encourage you to check it out for yourself below. "Pieces Of The Day" is the act's second single from their upcoming A-Side project.
