Yu is a member of the Diamond District crew who are fresh off of garnering some attention for their last album, In The Ruff. Yu just recently released his solo album that showcases his version of boom-bap hip-hop with that Virginia/Maryland sound that Oddisee has put on the map. Oddisee was responsible for producing the lead single, Natives. The majority of the album is produced and mixed by Yu and Slimkat of the 1978ers. In the tracks below I have included - Fine : a very fresh sample based beat with the catchy sing along phrase of "we'll be fine, we'll be fine, we'll be fine, we'll be find....etc." The other track showcases the best example of what you can expect for the rest of the album.
