Punk's opening stretch is where Young Thug made his most melodic case, and "Day Before" with Mac Miller is one of the standouts. Mac's verse came from the vault and fits seamlessly, his cadence matching Thug's elastic phrasing in a way that feels almost eerie given the circumstances. The piano loop underneath is gorgeous. Worth the whole album.
