Whether it's music, a particular trade, or business, the most respected individuals are the ones that pave their own road. When it comes to music, though, this particularity forms within the sound, more so than the actual path they took to get there, and with NYC"s experimental-pop trio, Young Heel, they decided to forge their own path and ensure impossible duplication in the process. As we once again find out on their new single, "Someone's Touch", their avenue is paved with an engulfing atmosphere of unique characteristics found in the instrumentation, structure, and emotive vocal outpourings, all in all coming together for a perfect blend of refreshment and pop-sensiblity. With "Guide Me Through" capturing our attention back in November, and now this new track leading off their forthcoming EP, Tuff, due out May 26th, it's safe to say this trio have our attention from here on out.
