YOKE LORE jumped out of the gates swinging these last couple months, and his latest single is showing no signs of slowing the momentum that’s been picking up. The faraway vocals are reminiscent of the lo-fi, shout-y style that Group Love championed years back with songs like “Colors” and “Ways to Go”, but YOKE LORE is pairing them up with a much more relaxed approach. His deftly crafted guitars and self-assured pacing blend perfectly with the rest of the package, and, with all these elements in place, “SAFETY” becomes a shoe-in for your favorite chill-out playlist. YOKE LORE is still in its initial phases of development, so it’ll be some time before we get to see what the big picture for him is (he's only three tracks currently out), but, from what we can tell, he has some big plans ahead, including a debut EP coming out later this week.
