Chattanooga is a place not necessarily known for it's hip-hop, but when TDE's Isaiah Rashad emerged from it last year, the area was placed prominently on the map. Now it seems he's some company to help keep the genre's momentum alive with the up-and-coming talent, TUT, too, whose brand-new track "Live From Chattanooga" has us pegging him as a potential breakthrough artist in the year ahead. Of course, that's only going to be a valid call if he keeps putting out similarly enticing efforts, but with Isaiah's endorsement (he shared the track to the masses on SoundCloud), we've some legitimacy in making that claim. Hear the rapper's work for yourself below, though, and see if he's worth what we're saying he might be.
