Like that one friend who never opens their mouths unless they have something important or witty to say, such is the musical output of YesYou, who, rather than bombard you with lazy remixes and half-assed efforts, sticks to giving you only the best. Here to prove our statements with cold, hard proof is their newest single, "Even When", that features vocals of previously HD-featured, Noah Slee, as well as the Future Classic-affiliated L D R U who lends his hand production-wise on this profound musical output. If you were to turn your eyes away from the information of the track, you would most likely assume that YesYou and L D R U are sampling here, but as we know from hearing Noah Slee previously, the man is well-equipped in the vocal department. The good news here, however, is that a prior knowledge of any of these acts is not required, because, as we know, good music speaks for itself, and what we have here is song that does not need any insights, but rather, a simple set of ears. As it's being reported on their SoundCloud, "Even When" is being labeled as a single, so we can only hope that an EP or album is coming soon, because this effort has us very excited for what may follow it.
