Usually when you release an EP or double-sided single, the advisable choice is to lead it off with the best track of the bunch. It seems like Years & Years had a problem with this, however, because "Eyes Shut" was not released first; instead, "Real" was. And although "Real" is arguably the right choice to spearhead the EP, "Eyes Shut" just might be our favorite from Real. What starts with lead-vocalist Olly carrying the track with his flawless voice eventually leads into a magnificent peak when drums roll in alongside a heroic chorus.
