It's been a minute since we've heard Years & Years' "Desire", let alone a remix of it (we didn't take a liking to most that were released), but today, two years since its original release, we've a remix from relatively unknown Australian producer Hier that's we're liking quite well. We're always selective with synth-packed reworkings, as there are always so many, but with Hier's work here, there wasn't much of a decision to be made. Complex beds of oscillating synths weave through with steady percussion alongside them, and contributed is a sped-up rendition of the track that leaves nothing to be desired at all.
