It's such a treat to know that every time an artist remixes a track, it's going to be gold. It happens so rarely in today's hyper-outputting world that we've come to appreciate it well, and one of the reasons we can cling to the hope that that continues is 20syl, one of the most skilled, beloved, and consistent producers France has seen in recent times. Ironically, this post comes after a recent tweet of his exclaiming that no new remixes of his will come out this year, but, it turns out that's only a resolution effective after this one right here. Duo and Apple commercial-featured Yael Naim is the act whose work 20syl has here remixed, and with their poppy tune, "Walk Walk", he really has gone to work. Injected are fun, sprightly electronic chords and pops, and 20syl's trademark instrumental inclusions are in full force as well. It's lit, this remix is, and we know that whenever 2osyl does again decide to let loose a reworking, it'll be as good as this.
