This is our first introduction to the pop diva Yadi who hails from, you guessed it, the UK. While the world, nor even the UK, seems to be short of these pop queens Yadi is more than a welcome addition. So many of these songstresses have great pipes and looks but unfortunately end up applying them towards very poor purposes. This is not the case with Yadi. She knows what to do with her voice. And it doesn't help that she's receiving help from great talents in her productions and remixes. Rudi Zygaldo kick our feature off with his brilliant remix of "The Blow". The strong follow up from her is a collaboration with Malawi/UK group The Very Best and Baaba Maal. Lastly we have a remix from none other than Joe Goddard from Hot Chip. Not bad friends to have.
