Although XYLØ is only releasing their third-ever song today, they've already seemed to solidify their star status in the music world. With over one million SoundCloud listens on their debut track, "America", as well as some equally huge hype around their second release, "Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea", the Los Angeles-based brother-sister duo is one of the fastest rising acts at the moment, and they appear to be just getting with what popularity they're destined to receive. Today, their brand-new single, "Afterlife", was premiered by Zane Lowe on Beats 1, and although that'll give it quite a nice initial boost of attention, the excellent work of darkly tinged electro-pop barely needs it. With a catchy chorus, rock-solid production, and passionate vocals to boot, the new track is certainly another spot-on release from the two.
