Over the past few years, a highly creative new wave of electro-soul has gradually washed in, and many of our favorite current artists have emerged from it. Today, we're incredibly excited to present you with a brand-new act that will undoubtedly fit right in with the aforementioned mix. Xan Young, a Brooklyn-based artist, has elected to keep information about himself disclosed for now, but what we do know about him is that his first-ever release, "Passion", is simply outstanding. Quivering synths and obscure percussion form the track's foundation, and by throwing plenty of unique nuances in the musical blend, Xan creates an ideal platform to showcase his excellent vocals atop. Fans of Ben Khan will surely enjoy Xan's debut single, which isn't currently available for purchase, but can still be streamed below. We aren't exactly sure when we'll be hearing more from him, but it appears that he might have a project called The Flood coming in the near future, so make sure to stay on the lookout for that.
