The Polish Ambassador provides the beats, but Ayla Nereo's voice is an instrument all its own, spinning stories that will make you cry or laugh out loud while joyfully skipping or calmly sulking behind the crescendo of instruments and recognizable sounds that keep the music rooted in our everyday experiences. Opening track "Twirl Me" is nothing short of storytelling brilliance, with Ayla's tale of love and loss perfectly complemented by the slow-moving, introspective beat. Piano chords center the track, with water drops providing the perfect addition you don't even notice until you notice it, like something you've always taken for granted. Get ready to wear out the Repeat button. "Save My Mind For Later" is the next track that really grabs attention. It's a more upbeat, groovy track with great vibes and, once again, untouchable vocals.
