We've followed closely WILDE's past sonic expeditions, and, as the release of their debut project draws near, we're given yet another taste of what's in store through their latest effort called "Aurora". The arcane, granular production courtesy of Olutobi Akinwumi and Brandon Merenick continues its upward spiral on "Aurora", and, alongside the soft tones offered by Giselle Mapp, the three have without question engraved a detectable (and delectable) sound. WILDE says, "The main idea looming over this song is change, inside yourself and with another", and, certainly, that statement we hear backed up with what reflective lyrics are inside the track. Keep your eyes peeled for the Canadians' upcoming project that's set to feature six originals and seven remixed tracks.
