You can always count on ASTR to provide us with quality remixes. From their Bel Heir remix, to the rework of BROODS' "Bridges", their high-arching electronic touch is always a good fit for whatever track they take on. Wildcat! Wildcat!'s "Hero" is the latest track the NYC duo has refurbished, and although the original was power-packed in its own right, ASTR still manages to up the ante here, giving it a new backbone consisting of pulsating kicks and dreamy synth-led melodies. The end result is a well-balanced affair that manages to get a bit more emotion and atmosphere than the original offered, and for that reason, we think they've done another fantastic job.
