Hopefully by now you're familiar with London-located duo Whilk and Misky, because they've an acoustic-folk sound that you don't hear every day. If you have, unfortunately, been exempt from their works, however, have no fear, because we've a new track of theirs entitled "Babe I'm Yours" to share today from their debut EP— and it's the kind that's perfect to get your W&M fandom started. The two's sound is one that's rooted in folk (via the acoustic guitar and raspy vocals), but the way they turn that sound into a pop-sensible one is why we think the duo has big things ahead of them. With The First Sip (the title of their EP) slated for release soon, too, there's absolutely no reason they can't see the same kind of success Milky Chance has received for championing the particular sound. There's no pre-order link at the time of this posting, but the two have previously released (and very excellent) songs in "Darklands" and "Clap Your Hands" that are both available on iTunes now.
