We don't think specific sounds and genres being rehashed from past musical eras will ever die. One hundred years from now, we'll see the same sounds being recycled (perhaps to varying degrees, but still), and it's likely that they'll still resonate with the listeners of the earlier time periods. For Wesley Fuller, a new artist from Melbourne, Australia, he's reliving the sounds of the '60s with one that can definitely be compared to the almighty Beatles. Of course, that is one truly lofty comparison, but with "Runaway Renee", his debut track, it's hard not to think of that era of rock-laced pop in which The Beatles reigned supreme. Now with the likes of Tame Impala and Temples championing the psych-rock sound of the day, there's no reason Wesley Fuller can't find himself bunched in there moving forward, so listen to his track below, and get ready to get nostalgic in the best possible way.
