We've had our eye on We The Wild ever since we posted Lovelife's fantastic remix of their track, "Body Electric (Blue)", and we're now hearing an offering from the UK duo that we're definitely excited about. With a new EP coming in a few months, too, they've decided to bring out their best with their lead single from the project, "Trampoline". A dreamy soundscape and some exemplary percussion (consisting of fast-paced claps and techno kicks) both introduce the track, but it doesn't take long for electronic melodies and guitar plucks to make their way into the mix. The lead vocalist has a commendable tone, too, making his call heard atop the many layers of drums, guitar, and electronic that constitute the blissful chorus. "Trampoline" is essentially a seamless pop release, and with it, We The Wild clearly demonstrates that they have the potential to produce a major hit.
