Prior to the advent of the internet, a demo was rarely heard by the masses. Times have changed, though, and these days, you can toss one on SoundCloud and have it picked up by blogs, publications, and even labels (if it's up to sonic snuff). "Reshape" by the Antwerp-based Warhola is being labeled as such a thing, so we assume he's fishing for some feels on his unique sound, and, although it's been sitting on his SoundCloud for five months now, we have a feeling that with a tiny boost from us today, we're going to get some amount of ears on his music. "Reshape" itself proves to be the personification of what experimentation we've been frequently seeing with artists in recent times. With jarring percussion, impressive vocal ranges, and cacophonous electronic, we find his sound to fit in perfectly with that new wave of sonic intrigue that's more easily enjoyed than articulated. So, if you're a fan of that experimental-soul and indie-alternative aesthetic, you're going to love what Warhola has offered with his highlighted effort here.
