The holiday season is usually a stagnant, motionless time for the release of new tunes. Once in a while, we're are able to stumble on a hidden gem, though, and Waju's new track is a prime example of this. The Los-Angeles-based rapper's track is a polished one with top-notch production, and, contrary to the vast majority of mainstream hip-hop out, its ease of listening is definitely the greatest virtue it has. The noticeable repetition in the production is chill-inducing, and yet, it still highlights the verses very well. Waju's unique tone and fluid, rhythmic wordplay are still left as the essence of the track, and, with the cool sounds behind them, result in one outstanding hip-hop track.
