It's been six months since we last got a taste of VÉRITÉ, the upcoming pop star who hails from NYC (and one we've relentlessly supported over the last couple years), and it was with her cover of Childish Gambino's "Sober" at that time that we saw her at her best. The budding star is back today, however, with "Underdressed", and, on the cut, there is quickly communicated a palpable frustration and vulnerability that we've heard in her music before. It's one that's harnessed here by an over-enunciated chorus that's undeniably catchy, and there's no doubt at all that it will reel you right back into her art.
