VÉRITÉ's second coming finds us still waiting patiently for a debut album, but until then, this four-track sophomore EP, Sentiment, will do quite nicely. The EP is the perfect testament to her substance as an artist, and with it, not only will she continue to rise through the ranks, but she'll do so without the novelty anymore of being brand-spanking new. Many artists falter at this juncture, but it doesn’t look like she’s going anywhere. Every song on her EP's tracklist is still just as captivating as her first single, and lead-off tracks like "Wasteland" and "Colors" have proved their mettle as quality offerings. The two new songs on the EP are why we’re here, however, so let's focus on "Rearrange" and "Sentiment" for a bit. Both tracks are extremely repayable (a must for any pop offering), and while "Rearrange" opts for a slower tempo than "Sentiment", both are filled with the type of powerful audio that only comes with great production and quality songwriting. As you're already aware, VÉRITÉ's music has gotten plenty of accolades on our pages, and if she keeps at it at this pace, there will be much more coverage in the future for her music as well.
