We found VÉRITÉ's inaugural single six months ago and couldn't pass it up. Not long after that, her career simply exploded and her presence here on Hillydilly has been just as consistent. If you're a regular reader here at HD, in fact, you will have remembered our coverage on her last three singles—as well as our including her in one of our "Best New Artists", "Best Free Downloads", and "Songs of the Week" lists. (It's safe to say we're fans of this New York-based pop star.) Our first bit of coverage of VÉRITÉ's came in the form of a song called "Heartbeat", and after people started taking notice of that, the song was pulled from the web and she was pulled away for some well-deserved re-branding treatment. Since then, she's come out with some pretty stellar singles and has been heralded by some very large outlets as the next big thing in pop. We'd definitely have to agree, and we're going to continue to follow her exploits closely as she continuities to wow her newfound fans with songs that as super enjoyable as they are extremely well-crafted.
