When you've no information or even a picture to go with your music, all that's left are the tunes to absorb, and in the case of "Riviera", the debut track from Brisbane-based duo Veople (Jay Jermyn and Matt Powell), this is a good thing. With it, we've post-rock-meets-chillwave vibes, and they make for a truly relaxing listen. With only a brief, but lovely vocal part, most of "Riviera" is filled with guitars and drums, but it's not as basic as you might think, because the arrangements are continually changing leaving no part at all boring.
