It's really no secret that anyone and everyone loves alt-J, and, as we see here, ever-rising indie-pop act Vaults is included, as they pay homage to one of alt-J's latest singles, "Hunger Of The Pine", with their cover of the Miley Cyrus-sampling track. With Vaults' solo material, there's always been string and piano elements incorporated, so it's no surprise that we find them employed here alongside Blythe's elegant vocals. Overall, the effort is a great variation of the original, and if you're a fan of both of these acts, this cover is going to be right up your alley.
