The creativity that Urthboy has shown in his music over the years has always been the most intriguing aspect about his music. Every new album from the man has always been a new and exciting listen and with his latest album, Smokey's Haunt, the tradition continues but in a more impressive way than we have heard before. Smokey's Haunt is massively impressive with its soaring production, thought provoking themes, innovative hooks & demiurgic verses. To be flat out honest, I did not expect this album to be this good. The pleasant surprise of how good this album is makes it that much more exciting because the element of surprise always adds a thrill to the music.
