We've been following Until The Ribbon Breaks' exciting journey for nearly two years now, and over that time, they've proven to be creative, eclectic, and unpredictable. They've gently lulled us into dreamy sonic environments with their excellent remixes, and they've also provided us with upbeat, energizing efforts like "Taste of Silver". Now, after a long journey of touring with Lorde and Phantogram, singles, remixes, and two stellar EPs, they've finally dropped off their outstanding debut album, A Lesson Unlearnt. If you've been following UTRB intently, then you've probably already heard eight of the ten songs on the album (excluding the intro), and of the two new tracks, "Orca" stands out as our definite favorite. For being a primarily electronic work, the song is very easy on the ears, and the combination of serene synths, icy percussion, and soft vocals on it is absolutely divine.
