When drum and bass producers team up with female vocalists, it's usually to ring in a hook for a big rave, dance-floor tune. So between that preconception and the fact that this is coming from the usually heavy Monstercat Records label, the chilled out vibe in "Daydreamer" was quite the pleasant surprise. Bijou is already fairly familiar to our readership through previous collaborations, but the young and apparently versatile UK producer, TwoThirds, is new to our site. Not that we're ENTIRELY averse to drum and bass, but hopefully he continues to explore his creative avenues and will uncover further talents to us in the near future.
