In the late nineties to mid 2000's, Twista was an underground rap GOD. He was the kind of rapper you and your friends would infatuate about while you hot boxed your 500$ car. There was an almost cult following with him back then because he wasn't that well known and his raps we're really really fast for pot-smoking white kids from the burbs. Twista reached his mainstream breakthrough in 2004 with his Kamikaze album that featured the likes of Kanye West, Jamie Foxx, Anthony Hamilton, Cee-Lo, R-Kelly + many more. Kamikaze is also (arguably) Twista's best album. Although the album featured so many great tracks, one of the most memorable tracks from the album was the Kanye West assisted "Overnight Celebrity". There is absolutely no way you went through 2004 without loving this song. Re-live it below.
