Colors Of My Estimation

We’ve seen electro-pop tracks that are just about all over the map, ranging from those with long and drawn-out synths, to concise and hard-hitting jams. Here with Swiss duo True’s “Colors Of My Estimation", we’ve a track that hits the whole range of the electronic world. It’s near-six minute time frame packs in synths that are, early on, chopped up to perfection before deeper notes take to prominence, and we’re wholly in awe at how the aura of the track is so poignantly multifaceted. The latter half of the work takes a multitude of sounds from the pair’s extensive arsenal and combines them seamlessly into a final conglomeration that’s purely addicting. It’s hard not to ignore the lyrical talent of vocalist Daniela Sarda, either, which is sure to bring an exquisite tale to those who give the track a deeper listen. We’ve chosen to include the accompanying video below—a full live performance of the slightly shorter radio version of the track—and though it's rather concisely simplistic, it gives us an exclusive look into the emotions of the Sarda and producer Rico Baumann that adds to our listening experience. “Colors Of My Estimation” is available for streaming, and will be released on iTunes on a forthcoming date via Mouthwatering Records. We’d recommend you listen to the full version of the track and then check out the video, as you’ll get a full picture of True’s just-right take on the whole spectrum of the genre they promote.
