2016 has been a wild year for rap music. With so many amazing records dropping, the genre has seen one if its best outputs in quite some time, and, with the influx, our appetite for it has never been as high as now. If you're in the same boat as us, you'll want to check out "Vertical", the vibe-filled debut track from Trip Carter, an LA-based artist who's been honing his craft as a singer, songwriter, and bassist since he was ten years old. It's a light banger that doubles as anthemic as well, and the production on it complements his flow pretty greatly as well.
