It's been easy to appreciate everything Tourist has released thus far, because, let's face it, the dude is very talented and has a great ear with his production work. Much to our liking, he's back today with a brand-new single in "Holding On" that features a duet vocal feature from Josef Salvat and Niia. With its constant surges complements of garage-like drum patterns and sharp-edged synths, there's definitely a lot going on here, but like the experienced producer that he is, there are moments of calm (the piano parts especially engender these) giving rise to the vocal performances that both Josef and Niia are able to afford. Unsurprisingly, the track wins as a result. "Holding On" won't be released until May 24, but you can pre-order it now on iTunes and listen to it below as many times as you'd like.
