We've covered TOULOUSE's journey as an artist extensively, and his impressive roster of singles has garnered him attention from Apple and the Fifty Shades of Grey movie series. His new EP, Extended Plea, is a fusion of pre-released tracks and new gems, and each song has its own distinct style. While we have already featured "It Is Well" and "Hurtin", we're excited about "San Junipero" and "Found". "Found" closes out TOULOUSE's EP with sullen strings and twinkling piano, and the artist's rich, dark vocal tone soaking the track with emotions. "San Junipero", the namesake of a fan-favorite episode of Netflix's Black Mirror, is more exuberant, however. The track creates a whimsical, considerably dreamy mood, but it still reaffirms TOULOUSE's roots in band and soul music. Overall, Extended Plea is a stunning body of work that weaves together various styles and different facets of TOULOUSE's personality to form something special.
