Beat tapes are normally thought to be projects full of instrumentals that never make it onto any official project, but, as we see with Tom Misch and his own series of the sort, this is definitely not always the case. Just today, the London multi-instrumentalist released the second part in his beat tape series, and, like on the rest of our featured, previous tracks that's he's released from the project thus far, we hear some pretty obviously must-hear stuff. From sweet piano serenades, to deadly, seductive guitar riffs, hip-hop drum patterns, and an impressive list of featured vocalists and producers throughout (Zak Abel, Bearcubs, Jordan Rakei, Carmody, Alfa Mist, and more), Tom's giving us reasons aplenty to consider this more of an album than just the tape he's labeling it as. You can stream all of Tom's project on SoundCloud now, and you can also jump below to our previously covered and new favourites (the new ones are at the top) from it all. You can also purchase the project on iTunes now.
