First it was the Isley Brothers' "Between the Sheets". Then later it was "Big Poppa" from you know who. But in between that, the Isley Brothers were sampled by Tom & Jerry who were making jungle r&b in the early 90s. Ticklish has resuscitated this underrated version of the Isley Brothers and smoothed it get the sound presented below. This is a great version... but it would still be improved by some interspersed Biggie Rhymes. Mashup anyone? (ripped from this mix ticklish did)
