If you're a fan of R&B, you need to know who Tom Aspaul is, and if you've yet to come across his music, then the London-based artist has a beautifully crafted mixtape, REVELATION, to share with you via a unique package on YouTube. Highlights from the body of work include "New Moon", where Aspaul seems to borrow heavily from Carly Simon's bittersweet 1982 hit, "Why", while adding a decidedly modern R&B twist to the infectious refrain of the song, and "The Other Room" and "Revelation" as well (they're all listed below for you to listen to). The project is absolutely a watershed moment for Tom's career, we'd say, and it's certainly a treat for us all to listen to as well, so do yourself a favor and check it out.
