Toby is an act that’s been releasing tracks on the low for the last couple years now, and though we’ve yet to become acquainted with his offerings, we’ve a track in front of us today in “17” that has our ears perked. Led by dancing vocal chops and a liquid synth structure, the track’s a banger, and, with it, it's safe to say we’re turning our attention to his debut EP, Tax Free, that is to come.
