Over the past couple of years, we've seen unknown artists from Russia emerge. Boogrov, MITYA, and Subranger are some that come to mind, and today, we've timmies, another who's worth talking about. We've sifted out two of timmies' best works to date, and though the producer is fairly new amongst his peers, he seems to have quite a well-fabricated sound already. Leaning toward the more slow-burning side of the electronic spectrum, the resident of Sterlitamak has reworks of Ellie Goulding's "Dead In The Water" and Aquilo's ever-soulful "I Gave It All" that we're sharing for you below. The revamps—while similar in nature—are not quite like their originals with their overcast sonic atmospheres and nifty, well-timed pitch-shifting, but they're fine listens on their own, and they signal that timmies may be one to keep an eye out for ahead.
