If Theophilus London fell off your radar over the past year or so, you're not alone. The rapper and singer has been pretty quiet in recent times, but it's been for good reason, as he'd been working on a full-length album, Vibes, that's been executively produced by Kanye West. The full stream of the album was just uploaded, and although we weren't really feeling most of it, it's hard not to gravitate towards the Kanye West-assisted album standout, "Can't Stop", as it features the ultra-prominent artist at his best dropping clever line after clever line alongside drum-heavy, synth-assisted production.
