The Weeknd released the 3rd chapter in his mixtape series last night to what has been said to be the last chapter of these free mixtapes. Echoes Of Silence is overshadowed by the amazing Micheal Jackson cover, D.D (Dirty Diana) that you can find on track 1 on the mixtape. The Weeknd's vocals are aggressively commanding and are absolutely compelling. While I found the rest of the tape to be not as good as hoped, all you will really need is a taste of D.D to be satisfied. The Weeknd has successfully amassed a huge following through the release of the 3 mixtapes and hopefully now in 2012 we can maybe see a full length album. Download the mixtape HERE
