The gluttony we have for electronic-soul right now, is very, very real. It's so real, in fact, that we're stuffing ourselves beyond our usual daily capacity. If the stuff is good, though, we're consuming it. And, serving as our latest sonic Hors d'Oeuvre is the London-based vocalist, The Slow Revolt, who's hitting his stride on his latest release, "Never Get Close", that features production from Max Cooper. Our first experience of The Slow Revolt's art, "Never Get Close" seems to be as good an impression as any, and while we're not sure where it'll lead to next, we can guarantee that we'll be ready for more of the music whenever it becomes available.
