The Physics' new Digital Wildlife project has been a long time in the making. We first heard about it back in March of 2011, when they dropped the fantastic single, "Fix You". Since the fateful day they dropped "Fix You", The Physics released an entirely new album (Tomorrow People) and it seemed that Digital Wildlife would never see the light of the day. It was all kind of disappointing because "Fix You" was such a tease, but alas we have great news to pass on to you today as The Physics will indeed finally drop Digital Wildlife on December 13th. Leading off the album is the first single from the project, "Am I Crazy?" that features the beautiful vocals of Alisha Roney. The song features the moody vibe of subtle synths that wrap around minimal percussion and the smooth toned raps of Thig Nat. While Tomorrow People was more of a purely hip-hop oriented album, expect Digital Wildlife to be rooted in electronic, soul and (of course) hip-hop.
