The Knux are 2 brothers (Al & Krispy Kreme) originally form New Orleans, now residing in L.A. They have a fresh sound that is hard to describe. Its kind of like a old school Outkast vibe. Al sounds like a Double K (PUTS) crossed with Del (Hiero). The beats are witty and off the wall in a good way. Their sound compliments their different vocal approach to each track. Thus making each track sound distinctivley different from each other. Both brothers are mutli-instrumentalists. Bass , Horns, Keys and with Al playing the guitar. These guys have alot of promotion backing them (rightfully so), and being on Interscope will gain them a ton of exposure. This album is pure fire and will be on my playlist for the next few weeks.
