"Killing Time" is the third track from enigmatic, no-info act The Hour that emerged seven months ago with buzz-worthy debut "No One's Going To Heaven". We still don't have a clue who the band is or their affiliation with management or a label, but one thing is clear, and that's that the act has a sound that needs to be heard.
