The Five One are quickly becoming one of my favorite indie bands with the music these guys keep putting out. The Five One are the swiss army knife of music right now because with each new song they release it can be from hip-hop to rock to alternative and any other genre you can conjure up. Pasa De Kaka is a left over song from a scrapped EP idea that never saw the light of the day. Pasa de Kaka is led by layered acoustic guitars over some head banging drums. Be on the lookout for their new album that will be dropping early 2011. The video for the lead single (Mandatory) has seen 28,000 views so far and has caught the attention of MTVU by giving the guys some video spins on the channel. Look for that video to hit your screens next week. Also hit up their Kickstarter page and help the guys raise some money for the proper album release campaign they are hoping to push.
