Ukrainian six-piece The Erised really threw a surprise our way with their debut effort, "Pray", that came out about a month ago. The Med School-signed act carried an astonishingly passionate tone on the track—one we really haven't been privy to very often, unfortunately—and it seemed to be one that sat well with the hearts of others, too, as it was shared thousands of time after we gleefully put it up on the site. Today, the group decided to let loose their second effort from the body of work—one we now know is titled Desire—and although it's not as overwhelmingly intimate as the aforementioned cut, it's still a track incredibly constructed on all fronts. The lyrics are infused with lead singer Sonya Sukorukova's inherent emotional and artistic passion, and the initially understated, later-blossoming instrumental behind her really works to inject further evocative energy into the piece. All in all, it's another successful work of electronic-tinged indie-pop that's got us craving what's next in store for the act. Find the audio for "It's Over" and its accompanying video below.
