What's sure to be one of 2014's biggest releases will be The Black Keys' follow-up to 2011's El Camino with their eighth studio album, Turn Blue. While the album itself won't be arriving until May 13th, today we catch a glimpse of the first single, "Fever". And, as the new album title might suggest that Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney are heading into blues territory, "Fever" says otherwise with an abundance of their signature distorted guitars, rough-edged vocals, and hook-laden melodies. So while we've yet to hear the rest of the album (obviously), it sounds like they chose wisely on the first single, because this one has "hit" written all over it.
