We've been on the fence with The 1975 for years. There's no denying their talents, but, to us, their songs have just never really resonated enough. With that said, we're always keen to keep an open mind, and on their fresh new album, A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships, we've taken to a couple. "I Like America & America Likes Me" and "The 1975" are the ones we're referencing here, and, with their Bon Iver and Francis and the Lights-like vibe, they effectively reel in our attention.
